    When is graduation practice?

    • Graduation practice will be held on Friday, May 31. Students will meet at LNC at 8:00am to be bussed uptown to Belk Theater.  This will prevent students from having to pay for parking. Students MUST ride the bus to participate in graduation. Rehearsal is from 9:00am-12:00pm. Students will be back at LNC by 12:30pm. Attendance is mandatory; students who do not attend will not participate in the ceremony.

How many graduation tickets does my family receive?

    • Each graduate will receive 8 tickets at no charge. Graduates do not need a ticket. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket as long as they are sitting in someone’s lap. There are opportunities to obtain additional tickets:

Live Auction - On March 23 at Boots, Bulls & BBQ we will auction 4 boxes. Two of the boxes seat four and two seat six. All four boxes are on the Grand Tier level. Two are located on the left side of the theatre and two on the right side of the theatre. See the Belk Theater seating chart.

Silent Auction - In April, we will auction the remaining 12 boxes. Some seat four and some six. The 12 boxes are located on the Mezzanine and Balcony levels. See the Belk Theater seating chart

Purchase - Once the silent auction is closed, a link to purchase up to 4 additional tickets per family will be posted. Additional tickets are $15 each.

Locate Unused Tickets - Families are encouraged to utilize Schoology HSP2P to connect with families who may not need all of their 8 complimentary tickets.

    • The 8 tickets guaranteed to each graduate will be given to the student on the day of practice. It is up to the student to give those to his or her family. Tickets purchased in the auctions will be provided directly to the winner. Tickets purchased via the link that will be provided will be emailed.

    • Families will be allowed to enter the venue at 6pm. Due to limited space, no one without a ticket will be permitted in the facility. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00pm and all guests should be seated prior to this time. There will be no admittance during the graduation processional.

Another option is to be seated in a regular seat and an usher can take the wheelchair to the back of the theater until the end of the ceremony.
