The Future Ready Committee was formed to equip staff, students, and parents with the skills and knowledge essential for thriving in a post-high school landscape increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
Tasked with driving transformative change, this committee is committed to increasing AI literacy across all stakeholder groups and guiding students' development of durable skills and adaptive competencies. By fostering these essential abilities, the Future Ready committee ensures that our graduates are not only prepared to navigate but to excel in the rapidly evolving environment.

LNC intentionally teaches and celebrates durable skills, such as communication, critical thinking and adaptability, alongside academics to prepare students to lead, contribute and thrive in an ever-evolving world beyond the classroom.
