Why LNC?
LNC is dedicated to offering an excellent employee engagement program. We do our best to maintain excellent working conditions, competitive wages and benefits, open communications, and employee involvement.
Eligible employees will be provided the opportunity to enroll in health insurance through the State Health Plan and will be provided employer-paid dental insurance, basic employee life/AD&D insurance, and long-term disability insurance. LNC offers the following supplements at the employee’s cost: dependent coverage, voluntary life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, voluntary dependent life insurance, additional voluntary group benefits, vision insurance, flex spending plans (Medical FSA/Dependent Care Account), and Legal/IDShield membership. Children and grandchildren of employees are eligible to enroll at LNC for the next school year on a space-available basis.
In addition to contributing to retirement and disability benefits provided under Social Security, LNC also participates in the Teachers and State Employees Retirement System (TSERS) through NC Retirement, and eligible employees may voluntarily participate in the school’s NC Supplemental 401(k)/457 Retirement Plans through NC Retirement.
Elementary School Position
LNC has two elementary school campuses in Huntersville:

ES West will be located at 8772 McIlwaine Road. Expected enrollment is 375 students.

ES East is located at 10019 Hambright Road. Enrollment is 610 students.
School hours at both schools are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
At this time hiring has concluded for all ES East and ES West positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Job postings for vacant positions will be posted as needed should they become available.

Middle School Positions
The middle school is located at 12435 Old Statesville Road in Huntersville. Enrollment is 800 students and school hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
High School Positions
The high school is located at 12701 Old Statesville Road in Huntersville. Enrollment is 800 students and school hours are 7:45 am to 2:45 pm.
