The cross country teams competed at the South Piedmont Conference Championship held at Frank Liske Park in Concord and ran away with TWO CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS.

This was the first conference title for the men's team since 2016 and it marks back-to-back championships for the women.

Congratulations to Junior Lily Yampolsky on being named the conference runner of the year for a second year in a row. In addition to Lily's individual recognition, 7 athletes made the All-Conference Team (placing in the top 10 of their respective races): Lily Yampolsky, Jenna Peterson, Caroline Peterson, Truitt Evely, Javon Taylor, Stevie Parker and Cooper Wozniak.

Overall, there were 16 new personal bests and another 2 seasonal bests.  Great Job Knights.
