Lake Norman Charter is a tuition free, K-12th college preparatory charter school that prepares students to be community leaders who demonstrate a life-long desire to learn, lead and serve. Why Are We Asking for Parent Partnership?
- LNC students receive less funding than traditional public school students, i.e., for every $1.00 a CMS student receives, an LNC student receives ONLY 82 cents
- LNC receives NO funding for schools, roads, parking lots, fields, courts & playgrounds
- Instead of asking students to sell gift wrap or oranges, with a percentage of the proceeds going to a "middleman," we ask parents to support us directly, resulting in 100% of your donation immediately improving your students' experience!
