HS Transcripts

Are you an alumni or former student in need of an official transcript from Lake Norman Charter?

If you answered yes above, please complete this Transcript Request google form and then pay the $5.00 fee for each transcript requested. You can purchase up to 5 transcripts in one transaction. If you do not complete the Transcript Request google form, the counseling department will NOT be notified of your request for transcripts.  All transcripts will be processed on Wednesday of each week, pending payments.
