College Counseling

As a college preparatory school, it is incumbent on us to build and maintain a college guidance program which engages and supports all of our students and their parents through the entire college decision process, beginning as early as elementary school. Students who gain early and solid foundations as learners are more likely to attain the academic and social rewards that indicate school success. They also are more likely to believe that college is a realistic goal and to succeed in reaching that goal. At Lake Norman Charter we intentionally raise the aspirations of all students in preparing them to attend and graduate from college. Our students acquire a strong and solid academic foundation at the elementary level that prepares them to engage in rigorous and challenging course work as they progress through our middle and high school.
