The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction Office Of Early Learning has a resource available to parents to help support young readers at home. The digital resource "Literacy at Home" contains easily accessible resources for grades K-5 in the areas of phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and oral language.
