MS Carpool - Why Did We Stop Using Pik My Kid?

As you know, this year we stopped using PikMyKid for afternoon MS carpool and returned to using carpool numbers as we had done in the post. While PikMyKid did offer some benefits, after using it for several years and receiving valuable parent input, we determined that the negative experiences with service outages in our area, app glitches and geo-location interruptions outweighed the benefits. In short, this has proved to be a more effective process.
