How does LNC plan to keep ES students safe in plan A?

LNC will continue the same Safe School 2020-2021 Health & Safety Protocols we used while in hybrid learning. Students will be temperature checked as they enter the building each morning and parents/guardians will be responsible for completing the student attestations questions daily. All students will be required to wear a mask throughout the school day unless outside for activities such as P.E., recess, etc. Although students will no longer be in cohorts, they will remain with only the students in their homeroom class. They will continue to eat lunch in the classroom, go to recess with their homeroom and change classrooms only when they are attending specials. Additionally, third and fourth grade students will face the same direction (forward facing toward the front of the room). Classrooms who have students sitting together at tables will have plexiglass dividing the students.
