MS Band Concert Rescheduled
Due to the snow last week, the MS Band Concert has been rescheduled to Tuesday, January 30 at 7:00pm in the MS gym. This is a remarkable event that showcases students' growth in the classroom. Every year we look forward to hearing what they have learned, listening to the range of talent in every group and witnessing the progression from grade to grade. The concert will need volunteers for after-school set up and take down after the performance. After-school set up is guided by Mr. Scaringelli and several members of the high school band. Please click here to sign up as there are still opportunities available to volunteer to make this concert a success! If you have already signed up, thank you!

We would like to remind ALL BAND families and students of the REQUIRED attire for the concert. Students must wear black pants/skirts and a white shirt. This concert does count toward your student's grade, so please contact Mr. Scaringelli if you will be unable to attend. We look forward to seeing everyone next week!

Builders' Club Makes Doggy Treats
As the new year rings in, our furry friends at the Cornelius Animal Shelter will be barking, howling and wuffing for joy when they taste the marvelous, no bake, doggie treats that the Builders’ Club made just for them. They will be savoring the little, round morsels made of pumpkin, oats and water! Members had a great time preparing the treats for the visit to the shelter on January 18.  Thanks to the funds raised from the Pajama Day fundraisers, the Builders’ Club was able to make doggie treats and provide them with $100 worth of cleaning supplies.  What a wonderful way to start the new year!
